Terms of Service clear scope

dniWebCraft works as an independent web developer. Websites are built using technologies such as Astro, Svelte, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript based on the needs of each project.

I avoid unnecessary dependencies on plugins or systems that add complexity without providing real value. The goal is simple: keep the website lightweight, maintainable, and built on a solid foundation for performance and SEO.

Once the project has been paid in full, the source code, project assets, and other files included in the agreement are handed over to the client.

Handover can be done through a Git repository or project archive. The domain should be registered using the client's own details and account so ownership remains with the client.

Each project uses a price agreed upon before work begins. If new requirements fall outside the original scope, they will be discussed before any additional work is carried out.

For projects using a two-stage payment structure, payment consists of a 50% deposit to begin the work and a 50% final payment once the website has been tested and is ready to launch.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the project agreement. Revisions may include adjustments to layout, content, colors, and visual details as long as they remain within the agreed scope.

After the website goes live, a 30-day technical support period is included for bugs or issues caused by the project work. New changes or requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Websites can be deployed using services such as Cloudflare Pages or Netlify, depending on the needs of the project. These services provide infrastructure for serving websites globally and support features such as HTTPS.

Because a static website does not require an application server or database for its basic operation, some projects can run without a monthly hosting fee. Additional costs may apply if usage exceeds the provider's limits or if paid services are required.

For business owners who prefer not to manage the website themselves, an Active Sentinel maintenance plan is available, with its pricing and scope explained before subscribing.

The service may include uptime monitoring, performance reports, content updates, and other services depending on the selected plan. The service is optional and can be cancelled according to the agreed terms.

The estimated timeline depends on cooperation from both sides. The client is responsible for providing the required materials, such as logos, photos, service information, pricing, and other agreed content.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the materials provided can legally be used and do not infringe the copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia. If a disagreement arises during or after the project, both sides will first try to resolve it through direct communication and discussion.

dniWebCraft is not responsible for disruptions outside my control, such as outages affecting hosting providers, domain registrars, internet networks, or changes made by another party after the website has been handed over.

Certain visual assets on this platform are co-created using Artificial Intelligence (AI). These synthetic media are utilized strictly for illustrative and design purposes.

While we do not claim exclusive human authorship over the raw generated pixels, the curated composition, layout, and overall web architecture remain our proprietary intellectual property.
